Glendale Yearound Resort offers a unique service for companies in Western Pennsylvania to provide their employees with work incentive programs to gain free vacation access to the facilities of our resort.  Here’s how it works:

The company purchases one or more properties (camping unit on a site; a cabin on a site or an exclusive campsite) and offers the use of these units on a weekly basis to employees and their families.  Our resort will service these units between occupancies and make all facilities of the resort available to authorized employee and his/her family during their approved stay.  Company gains free and clear title to the property.

Camping units sleeping 6 persons available from $10,900; Cabins available from $49,900; exclusive use campsites available from $3,900.  Service costs per unit (depending on type of unit) from $30 per week.

Our resort, Glendale Yearound, is located next to 20,000 acres of State Game Lands and the Prince Gallitzin State Park with its 1700 acre Glendale Lake.  There is much to do for families who wish to enjoy the benefits of the great outdoors while being accommodated in comfortable surroundings.

Your company could benefit by providing an incentive structure to your employees for better than satisfactory performance. Purchase a cabin or campsite with or without a camping unit at Glendale Yearound, make it available for short periods (weekends or vacations) to those employees who meet your performance expectations.  Your company would own the property; our maintenance program would avoid any burden to you for local management and upkeep of the facilities.  The incentive program would be perceived by your employees and managers as being a major benefit to them while the cost to you would be minimal.  Tax benefits could also accrue to the company.

Glendale Yearound has been in business for 28 years under the same successful management.  We have completed all promised facilities (central sewer and water, roads, electric, phone and cable TV as well as our private recreational amenities such as tennis courts, swimming pools, club house, etc.) for the 1250 present owners and residents.
